The birth of a dream

Once, me and my wife were passing by a travel agency and we horrified for the price of a two-weeks travel in Tanzania. My wife, burundian, laughed sadly and I did the same because very few money will be delivederd to people of Tanzania. And we know that with half of them a family in Africa can live for months.

Then we thougt of Burundi and we fancied how much places and villages we could show to a turist in our little and wonderful country.
The main subject was (and is) that money must be for burundians. No speculations, no charges: who works, he gains.

This is our idea of Ethical Tourism: maybe quiet different from the usual, but we don't like stereothypes.

This travel in Burundi will be a chance to see a different way of life, to meet different and special people and to join our world with a bridge of curiosity and openmindness.

Intentions and Goals

Little by little our will became clear: we want to offer journeys among villages and panoramas to find out enchanted places and to meet people who live in. We want to allow turists to understand how is possible living totally out of developped world in our days.

Our idea is for people curious, open minded, that respect a different world and want to try to understand it with their minds, wondering and looking for answers.
